There seems to be a small subset of likely highly drunken people in Scotland and Texas who will try to deep fry anything. Deep fried beer was a Texas thing, but I have no idea if it was the result of winning or losing a bar bet. Now, beer battered fish on the other hand, that I can get behind. 🦊🧡
